Thank you for shopping with Katie B Ceramics. Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Change of Mind All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece — I'm happy to share additional photos or details.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact me at admin@katiebceramics.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Each situation will be assessed individually, and I'll work with you to find a fair resolution — which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at my discretion.
Please note: slight variations in colour, texture, glaze, and size are a natural characteristic of handmade ceramics and are not considered faults.
Lost in Transit If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and I'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Digital Products Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.
