Thank you for shopping with Katie B Ceramics. Each piece is handmade in my studio in New Zealand, so please allow time for your order to be carefully prepared before it ships.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods or for custom orders, processing may take longer — I'll keep you updated.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
I ship within New Zealand via NZ Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Standard tracked shipping: 2–5 business days
- Rural delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days
International Shipping
I ship internationally via NZ Post International. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10–21 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Packaging
All ceramics are carefully wrapped and packed to ensure they arrive safely. I use recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact me at admin@katiebceramics.com within 5 days of receiving your order (or expected delivery date) and I'll do my best to make it right.
