This website is operated by Katie B Ceramics. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products

All ceramics are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in colour, texture, and size are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Product images are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days at admin@katiebceramics.com with photos and we will work with you to find a resolution.
